   Hi All ….i am working in IBM Daksh last 3 years i red your all questions my suggest and answer….why wanna join bpo….BPO its a place where u talk globe the world improve your communication skills and its a new age profession now world move to new mantra its CRM even its well paid industry thats way u wanna join this industry
