Question 7 Why should we hire you?
This is really an important question, this highlights that you are in final stages of the interview, the interviewers is trying to check whether you are really aware about your abilities.
ANSWER: Try to answer this question with a positive attitude yet don’t make it look like you are over acting, be formal and straight answer all your abilities that you have and value that you will add on to the organization if they hire you.
Example: “Sir, I’m very easy going, straight, and fast learning person, I always look for new challenges and find them very exciting to deal with, I have abilities and enthusiasm give me the chance to prove it sir.”
